Newly Wed Name provides name change assistance services, including but not limited to:

  • Print at Home Kit: Digital name change documents and guides delivered electronically
  • NewlywedBox: Physical name change kit shipped to your address, including printed documents, guides, and organizational materials

Our Service provides informational resources and document templates to assist you with the name change process. We do not provide legal advice, and our Service does not constitute the practice of law.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and purchase
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

4. User Accounts

5.2 Payment

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5.3 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that contain inaccurate information or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Digital Products (Print at Home Kit)

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed may be issued at our sole discretion.

6.2 Physical Products (NewlywedBox)

  • Before Shipment: Full refunds are available for orders that have not yet shipped.
  • After Shipment: Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery. Products must be returned in original, unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery for replacement or refund.

6.3 Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Use any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

8. User Conduct

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
